Bahama Mama!

Oh well.. Im a day early on sharing the pics! Recently we traveled to Paradise Island, Bahamas. We were blessed to have had the opportunity to stay at Atlantis Resort once more. We loved it the first time we stayed there and we loved it even more the second time!  Below are photos from the first day there, as well as the morning of golf the second morning. I believe that I have about 480 pictures that I chose to keep out of all of the ones I snapped while we were there. While I am not sharing all of them (duh), I am sharing what seems to be a ton.

:::Captions are listed below photos:::

Mr. Dub on board the bus that is bound for Atlantis!

The view from our room... it was beyond amazing to open the door at night and sleep to the sounds of the ocean. Who needs a sound machine when you have the real deal.

Another view from the room... this is if you are looking down.
There is a lagoon filled with Sharks, Sting Rays and Parrot Fish. Absolutely Gorgeous!

Only the BEST place to grub in the entire Bahamas. Though it's not entirely cheap, it's still affordable.  However I must admit...  after eating here for the third time (2 times last visit), we have figured out why it's named "The Poop Deck"... let's just say that the morning after answers that question for you each time.

The view from our table while eating at the Poop Deck. It's completely outdoors.. hence the name "deck".

Me and my "Fruity Drink".  Because I do not drink alcohol, I settled for a Mango Virgin Daiquiri. So refreshing!

My amazingly handsome husband with his Snow Crab Legs. That dude could eat a bazillion of these things. Personally, I'm a Lobster fan.

This my dear friends.. this was my delish plate of Grouper, Shrimp and Veggies!

** The first day I did not take that many pictures. We were busy getting settled in and swimming**

The next morning we awoke early to head to the Golf Course.

Breakfast of Champions... Starbucks down at the Harbor.

Self explanatory I hope...

The view from the Pro Shop. Breathtaking!

Mr Dubs was warming up before the big round...

While I sat back and read a book... in the shade.
I must add that this was 6am, yet for some reason it felt much different there, than it does here rolling out of bed to feed a baby. Amazing how that happens...

Tee Time!  Check out that temp!

Again.. my super hot hubs reading the yardage before teeing off.

Even if you are not a golf fan... you have to say that these are really pretty bunkers.

Even though I am not a golfer... this sure makes me want to start playing.  Then again... driving the cart is way more fun!

We made some amazing friends while playing.
Meet "D"... (red shirt) and "Steve" in the white.

When we got to a hole with an ocean view, you bet I pulled out that camera and began demanding poses.

So what does Mr Dubs do... the same thing.  I didn't object. When you are the one always taking pictures you find that you are rarely in them.

Can anyone say "Tree Hugger"...

Practice Swing... nice foot work!

Would  you not LOVE to have a view like this while eating your morning bagel.

I'm just cool like that!

Yes... this was on hole 9!

Mr. Dub and Mr. "D".
Seriously... D is the coolest guy!
(More about that later)...

Part of our Hotel that we could see from the Course.
This was at a 12x zoom

Only the most perfect Fairway in the History of Fairways!

Snack Time! That darn bag of chips cost $3. Who are they kidding... there were like 3 chips in the whole bag.

That would be the Bahama Mama!

B Dub chillin

Great Game Guys... Great Game!

If you made it this far, thanks for taking the time to check out our vacation photos.
Of course... I have more to share!
