One Little Monkey...

It has been a crazy few weeks here in the Dub Lane but I am happy to announce that we are finally  shutting the door on sickness. With a good mix of Stomach Flu, Bronchitis and Molars {teething in this house is most definitely considered a sickness} we are all on the mend and are getting back on schedule.

Slowly... but surely!
We enjoyed another road trip to Dallas.
This time to celebrate Halloween.
Kyah went as a Monkey.

Needless to say,  he was not a happy camper in his costume.
Honestly, he was a trooper considering it was 80* outside.

Because he was so stinkin cute being so good, mommy even gave him his first piece of candy.  A sucker {under close supervision of course}.

And because this picture is way too priceless not to share:

Be sure and stop back back to see house pictures tomorrow!

Awwwww, he's the most adorable monkey I've seen in a long time!!! So sweet!

How's your house deal going? Ours is sadly coming to an end, I believe. The bank still hasn't gotten back to us about the appraisal (the house appraised for $5,000 less than what they're asking for) and the owner is putting pressure on us to just close the deal already. We keep telling him it's the BANK holding things up, not us. So tomorrow if we haven't heard anything by noon, we're asking for our deposit back and walking away. Totally sucks but I firmly believe it's part of God's plan. It wouldn't be this difficult if it were meant to be.

Glad you are all on the road to recovery. What's with this season of colds and flu??? Enough already! Monkey is too cute, almost as cute as my Pumpkin Grandson :)

The last picture is absolutely adorable. Out of all the crying ones I'm surprised he stood there to let you take them.
