And the Challenge has officially begun!
With 43 participants, we have officially begun the Dub Lane Kettlebell Fitness Challenge. Each participant has successfully posted their before picture and completed their progression report. Each progression report includes the same information as mine listed below. Our Facebook group is set to secret {don't try and search it, you will not find us}. Due to the personal information posted, many participants will stay in the group and will not venture out and link to my blog. However, there have been a few that are interested in participating publicly.
Here is my "before" picture and my "before" report. Each week you will see a Progression Photo and a Progression Report posted on my blog. I do hope that you will follow along and provide encouragement to the girls.
