WEEK ONE Dub Lane Fitness Challenge Progression Photo & Report
We are done with Week One!!!! Whew! There are 40 ladies still in the group and my guess is that 38 are still going strong. We may lose a few this next week but as I have said all along, only the strong will survive!!! Our motto, "Make excuses, or make progress" is living up to it's word. I so wish that everyone could witness the amazing support and encouragement that this group of ladies has to offer. It's unbelievable. I'll admit, I have even shed a few tears as they encourage one another. Today everyone is posting their progression photos and reports to share with us how they did during their first week. Most are down .5" to 1" and have lost a healthy 1 lb. -2 lb.
While most are leaving their stats over in our Group, a few will be sharing via blog. They are writing on their own blogs and linking back to mine. It's not mandatory that they girls link up each week so don't worry if you do not see them.

Current eating habits: Finally made it to the grocery store this week and picked up lots of fruits and veggies and lean meat. Steering clear of bread this first week, but I will not deprive myself. I have also started eating on a salad plate so that I can control my portions better.
Favorite healthy recipe this week {meal, snack, smoothie}:
Grilled Chicken Garden Salad with black beans and no dressing.
