Week Three Progression

So it's been three weeks of working out with Kettlebody by Brook for 6 days a week. Now, before you go and say that you don't see any changes, keep in mind that I have already been through this program once. Now that I am the "host", I just want to share and help motivate others.  Also.... in 5 more weeks I want to see some ABS! 


The group is now down to 33!!! Yes, we have lost 11 ladies in 3 weeks because they didn't have it in them to make a lifestyle change. {That sounds mean, but it's the honest truth}. 


Here's to the next 5 weeks!!!!  Week 4, here I come!

You look great! This has got to be one intense work out :) I am definately going to have to check into it! - Definately a lifestyle change but one for the better!

I'm still doing the challenge solo and been going strong on my "lifestyle change" - I just didn't have the time to commit on the weekends to posting about it sadly. I can rarely get time on the computer for personal use because of non profit work, photography, wedding planning, the day to day errands, and the working out both the kettle challenge and at the gym daily. I hope everyone does well and gets great final results!
