Final Week!
This is the final week of the Dub Lane Kettlebell Fitness Challenge! I can't believe that the last 8 weeks have flown by so quickly. I know that things have been busy, but wow! We started with 74 ladies this time and are currently down to 31 as of week 7. It's hard work and it's not for everyone. Many come in with good intentions. I mean, who doesn't want to have rock hard abs overnight and not work for them. ME! Heck, I'm good to just fit in 30 minutes a day. And honestly, that's about as much fitness as I want to do. I'm running around with a 2.5 year old the rest of the day and I am pretty sure that I don't sit down until after he goes to sleep. Hence the lack of blogging lately. Thankfully he is down for a nap and I do have some extra time.
Anywoodles, I know that the girls come in with a great mindset but when things get serious {and harder than they thought} they opt out. However, I still give them all the kudos in the world for giving it what they did and for wanting to try. Sometimes there are times in life where making a big change is perfect and well, other times it just wasn't the right time to start something new. They only thing I can add to that is this : You have to start someday and some how. No one really has to search that hard to find an excuse. Excuses are the easy part. Seeing progress... now that's the hard part. Ripped abs don't come from doing 15 minutes of abs work a few days a week. They come from eating right, working out hard core and being consistent.

I know that the results could be SO MUCH more if I added in more during my days. Do I want to? Heck yes I do. Will I? Heck yes I will.
