Dub Lane Fitness Challenge

Women want to look and feel good. Who knew we could all have the same goal?  All jokes aside, it's a deep desire that many have, but many do not know where or how to get started. Most importantly we lack accountability. That's a huge component in a successful lifestyle change. That was my main factor when choosing to workout at home. I don't have the luxury of working out at the gym and honestly, I don't want too. It's simply not my gig. However, when you don't have someone there pushing you, telling you to keep going and to help encourage you when you feel down, reality is, you give up. You stop. You don't move passed "Go" and you do not collect $200.  You start accepting yourself without change and boy... that's not a fun way to go through life. 


The question has been asked: When will the 4rd Dub Lane Fitness Challenge begin?
